Dr. Vicky Mai and Dr. Yan Xu, University of Ottawa, were each awarded $40,000 in salary funding support. Additionally, for the first time, the network has awarded the competition's top rated applicant, Dr. Mai, with the Clive Kearon CanVECTOR Fellowship Award.
