CanVECTOR is a CIHR- and partner-funded venous thromboembolism (VTE) research, training and knowledge translation network with a mission to decrease the health, social and economic burden of VTE on affected individuals, their families, and on Canadians as a whole.
Our Canada-wide membership includes clinical and basic science researchers at all career stages, including trainees, as well as experts in related fields such as clinical trials, health services research, knowledge translation, and patient engagement. Patient partners and research personnel are valued members of our network and research teams.
CanVECTOR members are expected to be involved in at least one Network activity, to stay abreast of Network communications, and be responsive to requests for participation in online surveys, feedback requests, or other collaborative activities. Our complete Membership Terms of Reference are available here.
