Join us for this month's edition of the CanVECTOR National Thrombosis Seminars series focusing on Bleeding & Anticoagulation.

This event will feature presentations by Dr. Bethany Samuelson Bannow, Oregon Health and Science University, presenting on Heavy Menstrual Bleeding in the Anticoagulated Patient, and Dr. Lana Castellucci, University of Ottawa, presenting on the multicenter COBRRA Trial comparing rivaroxaban with apixaban for treatment of VTE.
