CanVECTOR Members Awarded Eberhard Mammen Seminars in Thrombosis and Haemostasis 2019 Most Popular Article

Drs Adi Klil-Drori and Vicky Tagalakis were awarded the Eberhard Mammen Seminars in Thrombosis and Haemostasis 2019 Most Popular Article for their article titled: Direct Oral Anticoagulants in End-Stage Renal Disease.

Dr. Adi Klil-Drori is a CanVECTOR Fellowship Award Recipient (2017-2018) and is a clinical fellow at the Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre in Toronto and the University of Toronto.

Dr. Vicky Tagalakis is an Associate Professor of Medicine at McGill University and an attending in the Department of Medicine of the Jewish General Hospital. She is Director of the Division of General Internal Medicine at McGill University. Dr. Tagalakis is a Co-Lead of CanVECTOR's Quality of Care and Effectiveness Research Platform.
